A Case Study
BEVER, CASUALWEAR PILOT
Tasked with enticing a new customer profile into Bever stores.
The project began with a detailed SWOT analysis, & took us via Paris fashion week. Fast-forward six months, & we launched a test-case in selected stores, with a view to a country-wide roll out
With ‘retail theatre’ and the customer journey at the core of this project, we focussed on introducing newness through buying & curating clothing not restricted to technical performance alone.
The challenge was then creating workable solutions in-stores to best showcase this new direction. Rather than shopping for a specific purpose or sporting occasion, our visual merchandising strategy encouraged customers to browse, the aim being to increase dwell-time, units-per-transaction & link-sales.
Shaping brand culture by engaging with employees, and championing VM has resulted in both improved visual standards, & increased sales.
The pilot was extended to 10 stores, with a view to company-wide roll-out.
